Doman Developments, Inc. was founded in 1986 with the acquisition of 88 acres and 30,000 square feet of commercial space in the Village of Hyde Park in London, Ontario.  Over the last two decades we have been adding to our holdings:

1. • 1992 - erected twin buildings on North Routledge Park adding 60,000 square feet of commercial space. 
   

2. • 1994 - a third building was added to North Routledge Park adding an additional 15,000 square feet. 
   

3. • 1996 - added a 8100 sq.ft building on Blue Heron Dr which has been operating as a busy daycare centre since it’s completion.
   

4. • 1998 - purchased two acres adjacent to our Routledge Park development and added a 30,000 square foot commercial building. 
   

5. • 1999 - acquired an additional three and a half acres on Woodcock Street and constructed two buildings bringing our total leasable space to over 172,000 square feet in nine buildings. 
   

6. • 2007 - built three new buildings on Blue Heron Drive adding 78,000 square feet for a total of 250,000 sq.ft.
   

7. •2017 - built two buildings for Mandarin Restaurant and Enterprise Car Rental.
   

8. •2018 - NOW LEASING for FALL/WINTER 2018 Occupancy - 15 acre site fronting Hyde Park Road.  Zoned RSC, LI.
   

9. •2018 - adding two units to Enterprise building - 2100 sq.ft.  (vacant) and 2400 sq.ft. for Lord Gainsborough Restaurant.
